Job Description: Reponsible for answering the phone, recording messages, and directing incoming calls, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word to manage spreadsheets and reports, process sales orders, set up logistics for shipments, monitoring and record weekly sales and inventory, maintain and organize filing systems.
Hours are Mon-Fri (7:00AM – 3:00PM or 9:30AM – 5:30PM)
