Earth Day

The Earth Day Celebration at the Jacksonville Landing was a success. The GreenEdge team gave away 900 sample bags of GreenEdge Fertilizer , along with 900 Pink and Red Geraniums. We saw lots of smiling faces as children of all ages and some adults got their hands dirty to learn the importance and fun of gardening. We absolutely loved getting to plant flowers with the community. We showed how a little GreenEdge goes a long way and that less water is needed with lots of sun to keep their Geraniums alive.

The GreenEdge team loves when we get the chance to get out into the community and we received great feed back. We are glad to hear that our customers are so pleased with GreenEdge products and their results. It was also great to hear that parents are taking the initiative to garden with their children. Lots of children told us all about their favorite flowers and vegetable gardens. We had so much fun last weekend and we hope all that were able to make it out enjoyed the beautiful day. GreenEdge is celebrating Earth Day April 17 in Jacksonville at the Jacksonville Landing. We are excited to see our friends in the Jacksonville community! We will have more information about GreenEdge products as well as free samples of GreenEdge. Also we have a fun project planned to encourage sustainable gardening so bring the children, stop by our booth and say “Hello”.

GreenEdge’s School Garden Projects

GreenEdge is excited to begin the spring season and once again sponsor school’s gardens in our local communities.FCAT testing is almost over and students will have much needed time to spend in their school garden. GreenEdge believes in supporting school gardens as a way to promote environmental stewardship at a early age. Programs like the ones in Alachua County with help from the dedicated volunteers of The University of Florida’s Master Gardeners provide gardening expertise.If GreenEdge fertilizer products are not at your school yet, please let us know and we would love to support your school’s garden.
